Kids photoshoots are always a highlight for our Edinburgh photography studio. From the tiniest, newest edition to the greatest of great grandparents, your family matters. Truth be told, it matters as much to us as to you. We know beautiful pictures of your favourite people tell incredible stories that will last for generations.
Whether you’re looking for your first family photoshoot, if you’re welcoming a new baby to the world or if you’re treating someone special with a framed family photograph, you could have just found your perfect family photographer.
Allow us to introduce ourselves. We’re Blue Sky Photography. You and your tribe will be welcomed to our studio with warmth, and real heart. We’re proudly independent, family run and can be entrusted with your clan whatever shape that takes.

Our gorgeous Edinburgh studio on New Mart Road is a beautiful, relaxed home from home. and is the perfect location for your family photoshoot.

What’s your family photography style?
Our studio style is all about working with you to understand your family’s style and personality. From classic black and white, to calm neutrals or bold brights, we can help you design photographs that will become wall art.
Following your shoot, we’ll invite you back for your own vip viewing and design consultation. Then comes the exciting bit: deciding if you want a framed print for the wall, a cluster for the fireplace or enlargements for Granny… the options are endless.

You are welcome to pop over to the studio for a coffee and chat through your family photography ideas. It means you can see our gallery of wall art, meet us and sample one of our legendary Brew Teas (it’s always best to call ahead to make sure we’re not in a shoot on 0131 447 1100).
